Capegate Craft Beer Festival

by

If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, head over to Capegate for their Craft Beer Festival. You can expect live music, local brewery stalls and yummy foods throughout this two-day fest.

For the past eight years, Capegate has hosted the annual We Love Wine Festival. This year they are switching it up as they dive into the craft beer and gin trend with a Craft Beer Festival which brings you the absolute best locally produced brews in town along with an awesome experience.

Capegate Craft Beer Festival: What To Expect

For those up to the challenge, The Italian Job Brewery will be hosting a beer pong competition open to everyone. Want in on the fun? Enter as a group of four and all you have to do is purchase a R100 jug of beer.

With all the activity going on you’re bound to get hungry. It’s a good thing the festival has delicious foods from the infamous Truck Norris. Get ready for some scrumptious grub to go with your favourite brews.

To keep you entertained, there will be live-performances by Chad Saaiman, along with some groovy beats by Deep Soul and Tasché Burger to keep the crowd going.

So, round up the troops because we’re going craft beer tasting! Follow me on Instagram @chelsea.arendse and you could win 2 tickets to this event.
