Dungarees are a blast from the past and I am totally digging them right now. There are so many different styles, colours, and types of denim that these “overalls” come in. Dungarees actually originated in India as it was used as “robust working clothes”. As the many years went by it eventually became a fashion statement that is here to stay. A dungaree dress is not something I would say fits into my personal style, its something I would wear on my “off days” simply because its easy and comfortable.
I received a few items from Cotton On and decided to use one of the pieces to style my dungaree. This bomber is so gorgeous with its Mediterranean pattern and the blue and white makes it a piece well made for the summer. It can be paired with so much and can be worn on hot summer nights because it is so light weight (its perfect!). and that is why I am so obsessed with it. These images were snapped quickly while watching my boyfriend body-board. Hope you enjoy my styling of the dress dungaree, keep an eye out for some more Cotton On outfits.
